HIIT (High-Intensity-Interval-Training)
Get ready for 40 Minutes of FAST-paced training using Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Bikes, Ski Ergs, Running, Dead Balls, and more! Sessions are always changing, always different, and without a doubt, always pushing you to your limits. Take on your day the right way!
STRENGTH FIT
Let's slow it down a little and focus on a 40 minute Strengthening session. Resistance-based training utilizing more weights and machines around the studio with the focus on technique, bigger movements, and getting stronger. These sessions will help increase lean muscle mass, tone the body, and strengthen targeted areas. Sessions will have a "Finisher" at the end to make sure everyone walks out with their heart rate up and a sweat!
RISE & SHINE
These sessions are designed towards a HIIT base, but using more of the cardio equipment. There is a mixture of long and short efforts, and lots of body weight work with less equipment. Burpees, Ball Slams, Pull Ups, Box Jumps, Bikes, Ski Ergs and more. Expect to start hard, burn lots of calories, and walk out of the studio nice and early ready to book into your next session!
